Baby’s door

The challenge over at Creative Artiste challenge blog is “Anything Mixed Media Goes” so come over to the blog and join in also check out the DT work they’ve done some awesome work

Our sponsor is Things to Alter who have awesome MDF products in every shape and size you need go check them out

I used the baby bottle and nappy which you can find on their Website

I made this sign for a baby’s room in yellow and grey they seem to be the popular colours at the moment for baby’s nice neutral colours

I used yellow embossing powders with a Tim Holtz stencil and a versa mark stamp

Then used the Finnabair Art Alchemy paint in silver spoon over the top once it was dry I rubbed back the paint to show the embossing powder

I painted the nappy and bottle in the silver then added some yellow spray from Kaisercraft then used clear embossing powder

The lettering I cut out on the scan n cut so quick and easy

Something new

The challenge for My Time To Craft challenge blog

The theme for his challenge is “Something New”, that could be a new baby, a new car, house or even something new in your stash

Make sure you come over and check out the Blog to see what awesome work the design team have come up with

I made a tool box for my sharp tools to go in I used to put the in a material bag but I was worried I’d put a whole in it

This box was an empty alcohol bottle box that was being thrown out I couldn’t let that happen lol

So I altered it

I used ColourArte twinkling h2os in pinks, yellows and oranges – my favourite colours

I love the way they shimmer

I also have a YouTube video of the process  which you can find Here on my channel please subscribe and leave me a comment

Lookin good so smile

This weeks layout for Brown Sugar Challenges was sponsored by All Dressed Up Stamps

I got to use this gorgeous “looking good” image which you can find here

I used water colours on the image and the “smile” which I cut out on the scan n cut as well as the scissors

I added silver leaf to the scissors and the butterfly to give them a metal look

Got to the Brown Sugar Challenges Blog and see what the DT have done and join in on the challenge xx

Thanks for visiting my blog x

50th album

This week on the Sunny Day Crafting blog I have an album I made for friends who shared their 50th birthday cause it was a husband and wife I had to make it neutral which is hard for me cause I love pretty lol

I used the Frank Garcia artisan powders to get the timber effect on the album I love the look they give

I made a YouTube  video so you could see the process

Don’t forget to visit Sunny Day Crafting blog to check out the DT projects and join in on the fun
